IN THE MATRIX WITH LAURIE RENTON AND ROB MCDILL
Life insurance isn’t necessarily sexy. Nor is it fun. In fact it might be right up there with drafting up our will.
However, death and taxes are two areas none of us can avoid. And confronting both of them is an essential part of mastering our money in the Matrix.
Like fitness, nutrition and finance, most people procrastinate looking into their insurance needs, until there is an important life event that pushes them to buy it. However, there are some valuable benefits to buying insurance early on, especially if you have debt, are married, have or are planning on starting a family, or you're a business owner.
Now, if you already carry insurance, Bravo! :) It's been my experience however, that most of us fall in to one of two camps. We either carry too much, or too little.
So, please, join me in the Matrix with Laurie Renton and Rob McDill as they walk us through the "need to know" basics of Life Insurance including:
The various type of life insurance available
Who’s needs life insurance and what does the application process look like?
Is it a good idea to bundle life insurance with home/car and business insurance?
I’m always wary of the “fine print”. What do we need to watch for?
And as always, the tax implications…
