OVERVIEW | It’s essential to securing funding, but did you know your cashflow forecast is also at the core of every smart financial decision you will make, and a necessity for your success? In addition to helping you stay on top of your expenses, a well-planned budget will ensure you achieve the desired net-profit, by setting defendable sales targets and effective pricing strategies. So let’s get to it.
